ATTENTION Class of 2008 Graduating SENIORS In an effort to continue our mission to foster and develop the arts by providing a medium for expression and education in Windham and the surrounding community, WCST is offering up to three Performing Arts Scholarships to graduating seniors. Through the dedication and support of our board members and many volunteers, we are proud to offer these scholarships as a way of furthering the dreams and aspirations of our youth.
